MEMORANDUM DECISION DENYING MOTION FOR LEAVE TO COMMENCE AN ACTION ON BEHALF OF THE DEBTOR

This is a motion by three creditors, Gold Mechanical Contractors, Inc., Sullivan Sprin kler Company, Inc. and G.C. Monaco Electric, Inc. (the “Creditors”), for an order authorizing the Creditors to commence an action on behalf of the Debtor against Lloyds Bank P.L.C. and Hokkaido Takushoku Bank Ltd. (the “Banks”).
