Memorandum: Plaintiff commenced this action seeking damages for injuries she sustained when a dog owned by defendant Roberta Valentine bit her. Supreme Court erred in denying the motion of defendant Muriel Gabriel, Valentine’s landlord, for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against her.
