On November 1, 1984, Mary Ellen Sanders (debtor) filed a voluntary petition for relief under the provisions of chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. The debtor is a limited partner in Unit Development Limited Partnership (Unit Development), which has also filed for bankruptcy in this Court. The debtor’s husband, John Sanders, is a joint debtor in this case and is the general partner of Unit Development.
