A petition of appellant and other landowners residing in certain territory in Pulaski county, Arkansas, was filed in the county court of said county on July 20, 1935, for the creation and establishment of Baucum Drainage District under authority of act 279 of the General’ Assembly for the year 1909 and act 221 for the year 1911 and other acts amendatory thereof. These acts are digested under chapter 52 of Pope’s Digest.
