The appellant was charged with and convicted of armed robbery. The sole specification of error on appeal is the overruling of appellant’s motion for a new trial. The motion for a new trial contains two grounds which are relied on by the appellant as reversible error. These are as follows:
“3. The verdict of the jury is not sustained by sufficient evidence.
4. The verdict of the jury is contrary to law in the following particulars, to-wit:
