Columbia West Hospital Limited Partnership (“Palms West”) appeals the decision of the district court, following a jury trial, finding it liable to one of its former nurses, Bobbie Eicke O’Brien (“O’Brien”), for sexual harassment by Michael Chapar-ro, M.D., a physician with hospital privileges at Palms West, in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and under Florida law.
