OPINION
{¶ 1} Pro se Appellant Anthony L. Williams appeals the dismissal of his motion for postconviction relief. Appellant was convicted in 1998 of aggravated murder. He filed a delayed petition for postconviction relief in 2006. In his petition he alleged the discovery of new evidence that proved ineffective assistance of trial counsel. The evidence related to trial counsel's thoughts immediately after trial about whether he should have asked for a jury instruction on lesser included offenses.
