Appellee, Beryl Johnson, recovered judgment, based on a jury verdict, against appellant for loss of time [as a school teacher], medical expenses, and penalty, in accordance with the provisions of an insurance policy.

The Insurance Company seeks a reversal on two grounds, viz: (a) The condition complained of by appel-lee was existing at the time the policy was issued, and; (b) Appellee did not give notice of the accident as provided for in the policy.
