*451International Fidelity Ins., Co., Beasley Bail Bonding Company, Inc. (Surety) appeals the trial court’s final judgment granting it partial relief. For the following reasons, we affirm.

On 4 September 2009, Marsha Lynn Williams (Defendant) was charged with operating a motor vehicle while subject to an impairing substance, and operating a vehicle with an open container of alcoholic beverages after drinking.
