Gantt, Lies and Executive Performance Technologies (EPT) appeal the trial court’s grant of a directed verdict on their multi-count counterclaim.
This appeal stems from Gantt and Lies’ departure from Patient Communications Systems (PCS), a company which developed and sold computer software to dentists. Gantt joined PCS in July 1986 and became its president and chief executive officer in May 1988.
