McCLUNG, Justice.

George Lang (Lang) appeals an adverse judgment for damages in a suit brought by Priscilla Dykes Lee (Lee) for breach of agency and confidential relationship and conspiracy. Lang alleges that the jury’s answers are against the great weight and preponderance of the evidence. In the alternative, Lang alleges that there is no evidence to support the jury’s findings as to these questions.
