Reversing.

George H. Everson brought this action against B. V. Winslow and William J. Light to recover for injuries received by him and for the damage to his car by reason of a collision between his car and a car operated by William J. Light. On the trial of the case he recovered judgment for $780 against both the defendants. Wins-low appeals. The facts are these. Winslow owned and operated a drug store at the corner of Dumesnil and Twenty-Eighth streets, in Louisville. He employed Light as a clerk in the store and also had several other clerks. He…
