This is an appeal from a judgment entered upon a verdict in appellee’s favor, returned by the jury on the trial of the case in the court below. The action was brought by appellant to recover of appellee damages claimed to have been sustained by him in the purchase from appellee of eight shares of its capital stock; it being, in substance, alleged in the petition that appellant paid for the stock $125.00 per share, aggregating $1-000.00, and that he was induced to make the purchase by the representations of appellee’s president and board of…
