Minnie V. Billings died February 3, 1936, leaving a will dated July 27, 1922. This will disposing of the decedent’s estate, which consists entirely of personal property, contains the following among other provisions :

“Fourth
“I give and bequeath to Montrose Cemetery Company, an Illinois corporation, the sum of Twenty-five Hundred Dollars ($2500.00) to be invested and reinvested according to the rules and regulations of said Cemetery Company for the perpetual care and maintenance of my said cemetery lot one hundred sixty…
