Connecticut River Estates, Inc. v. Luchsinger

On May 23, 1966, petitioner Connecticut River Estates filed a subdivision plat with the Planning Board of the Town of Brookhaven, respondent herein. A public hearing followed, and on June 13, 1966 the board resolved to grant the plat final approval. However, on the 1st of September following petitioner asked for a 90-day extension of time within which to file the plat.
