GARWOOD, Circuit Judge:

Appellant Yolanda Valenzuela-Verdigo (Valenzuela) brings this appeal challenging her pre-trial detention without bail under 18 U.S.C. § 3142. On September 4,1986, a grand jury in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, San Antonio Division, returned to that court an indictment charging Valenzuela in two counts with having conspired, in the Western District of Texas, to possess heroin and cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) & 846.
