LEVINSON, Judge.
Petitioner (Lee Woodburn) appeals from an order dismissing her petition for a contested case hearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH). We affirm.
Petitioner was hired by respondent North Carolina State University (the university) in August, 2000, as assistant director of the university’s Office of Disability Services for Students.
