In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for wrongful death, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Jones, J.), dated August 8, 2005, which granted the motion of the defendants Vishnu Seodat and East End Family Practice Assoc., EC., and the separate motions of the defendant Tatiana S. Erdely and the defendants Paulino S. Cruz and Suffolk Family Medicine Associates, EC., for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
