Cothran v. Rock Hill

It was necessary to fully consider this action for the purpose of the decision of the appeals in City of Rock Hill et al. v. Cothran et al., 209 S. C. 357, 40 S. E. (2d) 239, and it was analyzed in the opinion there rendered. Our conclusion was that the case instituted by the City of Rock Hill be dismissed and that the present action proceed for the purpose of determining the damages allegedly suffered by plaintiffs by reason of the closing of a section of a street adjacent to their premises.
