MEMORANDUM OPINION

HILTON, District Judge.

This matter came before the court on the appellees’ suggestion of mootness and motion to dismiss an appeal of the Bankruptcy Court’s relief from stay order. The petitioning creditors, Edwin C. Wittig, Springfield Auto Parts, Inc., Auto Parts Distribu*162tors, Inc., J.K. Distributors, Inc. trading as H & H Automotive Parts, and Sands Distributors appealed to this court a relief from stay granted by the Bankruptcy Court.
