Alleging that her husband, Harry A. Eaton, Jr., and a certain named paramour have resided in open concubinage since the end of 1948 or the early part of 1949 and are presently so living together in St. Tammany Parish, Mrs. Nancy Lankenau Eaton instituted this action in the district court of such parish seeking a divorce.
