NIXON, District Judge.

The Plaintiff, Administrator of the estate of his minor deceased son, May nard Gault, Jr., filed this diversity suit against the defendants under the wrongful death statute of the State of Mississippi, Miss.Code 1972, § 11-7-13, seeking damages for himself, his wife, Jo Ann Gault, mother of the decedent, and Josanne Gault, Castle Ann Gault, John Gault, Marcy Ann Gault, and Gypsy Gault, Maynard Jr.’s surviving minor brothers and sisters.
