The dispute in this case between the plaintiff, Associates Commercial Corporation, and the defendants, the debtors 1 and their trustee, involves a 1979 Freightliner tractor truck. The plaintiff contends that it is the holder of a perfected security interest against the vehicle in question, whereas the trustee alleges that the security interest of the plaintiff is unperfected.
