ORDER

This matter came before the Court on a Motion to Dismiss and Objection to Confirmation filed on March 5, 1999, by Jim Walter Homes. After notice, a hearing was held on May 17, 1999. Michael S. Bates, the debtor; Cheryl Daugherty, the attorney for the debtor; William Brower, the attorney for Jim Walter Homes; and Sims Crawford, the attorney for the Chapter 13 Trustee, appeared.
