ORDER DENYING TRUSTEE’S APPLICATION FOR TURNOVER

This cause came before the Court on July 30, 1991 on the Application for an Order Directing First Federal of the Palm Beaches (“First Federal”) to turn property over to the Chapter 7 Trustee, Daniel L. Bakst. At the hearing, the parties agreed to submit stipulated facts and memoranda briefs to the Court in lieu of oral argument and live testimony.
