WOLF, Judge.
This is an appeal from a final order of the Department of Insurance (department) which suspended for six months the insurance license of appellant, John W. Ganter. Appellant asserts that the department improperly suspended his license for the misconduct of an unlicensed corporate employee where there was insufficient evidence that appellant knew or should have known of the employee’s misconduct.
