KITE, Justice.
[T1] Thomas Merchant contends the district court erred when it denied his request for credit for the time he was incarcerated in Colorado against each of his Wyoming sentences. He also argues the district court erred by rejecting his claim that his constitutional right to equal protection of the law was violated when the State of Wyoming, Department of Corrections and the Wyoming Board of Parole (collectively referred to as "the State") denied him the opportunity to earn "special good time" credit off his minimum Wyoming sentences for the time he served in Colorado and, thereby,…
