¶ 1. The question in this case is whether the trial court’s dismissal of plaintiffs eviction action on account of her lawyer’s failure to attend a scheduled status conference can withstand a motion to set aside the judgment pursuant to Vermont Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b) given the facts of this case. We conclude that it cannot and reverse.
