In a proceeding, inter alia, to compel the respondents to confirm the appointment of the petitioner as Democratic Commissioner of the Nassau County Board of Elections, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (McGinity, J.), entered February 22, 1991, which denied the petition.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
