In these consolidated appeals, Donald Peterson appeals and Jane Peterson Leonard cross-appeals in Docket No. CV-77-1097 from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Cleaves, C.J.) holding Peterson in contempt and ordering him to make payments for support of an adult child as provided in the parties’ divorce judgment. In addition, Jane Leonard appeals in Docket No. CV-91-264 from a summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Fritzsche, J.) on Donald Peterson’s motion challenging her claim for breach of contract based on the parties’ settlement…
