OPINION AND ORDER

¶1 Appellant Jason Ernest Beals appeals from the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Final Decree of Dissolution entered by Standing Master Magdalena C. Bowen of the Eighteenth Judicial District Court, Gallatin County. Appellee Katherine Losey Beals has filed a motion to dismiss Jason’s appeal, with a supporting brief. Jason has responded to Katherine’s motion, and Katherine was granted leave to file a reply.
