Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Aulisi, J.), entered June 19, 2008 in Schenectady County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to compel respondent to, among other things, reinstate petitioner to his former position.
