Testatrix died on January 11, 1933. Her will, after making rather detailed provisions for the payment of her debts, directs the payment of $300 to Evergreen Cemetery for perpetual care of her burial plot, the delivery of four specified articles to the Brooklyn Museum, provided the institution “ desires to receive them,” and the erection of the balance of the estate into a trust with income payable to her husband and sister and their survivor. The Methodist Episcopal Hospital is the remainderman of this trust.
