This' is the husband’s appeal from a decree dismissing his petition for the annulment of his marriage.

The appellant and respondent were married in this state on April 22d, 1915, by a minister of the gospel. At the time of the marriage, the appellant was under the age of eighteen years.' He reached that age June 22d, 1915. The respondent was twenty years of age. The parties did not reside together after the marriage.
