MARTIN, Circuit Judge.
This is an appeal from judgment entered on a directed verdict for the defendant in an action brought against ap-pellee by the administratrix, widow of decedent who was killed by a train of the defendant operated at a high rate of speed over the Sandusky River Bridge at Tiffin, Ohio. In his opinion, delivered from the bench in directing the jury, the United States District Judge discussed in some detail both the facts and the law which he deemed applicable to the facts.
