MEMORANDUM OPINION

BRINKEMA, District Judge.

Petitioners United States of America and the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (“OFHEO”), the federal regulator of the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (“Freddie Mac”), seek to enforce an administrative subpoena for deposition testimony and document production against respondent Leland Brendsel, Freddie Mae’s former Chief Executive Officer.
