Janice Adcock was convicted of two counts of incest in violation of OCGA § 16-6-22 and appeals. In her sole enumeration of error, she *347claims that the trial court erred by admitting into evidence statements she made during a prior civil proceeding. She claims that the statements were made involuntarily and the trial court’s admission of them violated her constitutional rights against self-incrimination.
