In an action brought by the appellant against C. W. Phelps and W. D. Pennock, a writ of attachment was issued and levied upon a printing press, and certain type and other printing material, belonging to the attachment defendants. The latter procured the release of the property so taken, by executing a bond or undertaking as provided by the statute, with A. J. Woodside and S. J.
