The original petition of Adoue & Lobit alleged a lease of certain real property in Galveston, as made by them to appellant. The lease, which was made a part of the petition, read: “This contract, made and entered into the 33d day of December, 1903, between Adoue & Lobit, a firm composed of B. Adoue and J. Lobit, lessors, agents of the St. Cyr heirs, of Galveston County, Texas, of the first part, and D. H. L.
