On July 13, 1956, petitioner, M. G. Aven, filed in the County Court of Coryell County an application for the probate of the last will and testament of Katie Bell dated February 27, 1948, together with two codicils thereto dated August 20, 1949, and February 1, 1950, respectively. Thereafter Mrs. Mary F. Green et al., respondents, filed an application for the probate of the last will and testament of the same testatrix, Katie Bell, dated March 31, 1937, and a codicil thereto dated June 28, 1938.
