Suit by appellees First National Bank of Gary and the Gary Trust and Savings Bank, as trustee, against appellants Davis and Holmes Land Company, Hoy D. Davis and C. Oliver Holmes. The suit is against the land company as maker, and against the other appellants as guarantors, of two certain promissory notes payable to appellee First National Bank of Gary.
