Judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on May 31, 1974 convicting defendant, upon his pleas of guilty, of robbery in the first degree and assault in the second degree, and sentencing him as a second felony offender to concurrent terms of 5 to 10 years for the *529robbery conviction and 3 to 7 years on the assault conviction, unanimously modified, on the law, to the extent of resentencing defendant on his plea to assault in the second degree to a term of 216 to 7 years, and otherwise affirmed.
