Defendant J. Paul Vosburgh Architect, EC. (hereinafter defendant) contracted with defendant Town of Charlton to serve as the architect and project administrator in connection with the construction of the Town’s new town hall. Flaintiff was hired by the Town to provide general construction work for the project, but was terminated prior to the completion of construction. Defendant had recommended such action due to plaintiffs failure to supply enough properly skilled workers or proper materials and its failure to perform its work on the project.
