The question now before the court is what effect a suspended judgment made pursuant to subdivision (b) of section 631 and subdivision (a) of section 633 of the Family Court Act has when the commissioner does not move to revoke the order *928during the year when the suspended judgment is in effect and the parents of the children do not move to modify the disposition.
