The main purpose of the bill in this case is to enforce the specific performance of a contract. The suit is brought by Charles Marthinson, an alien and a subject of the King of Denmark, against N. B. King, a citizen of Georgia, and the Hall *50Tie & Lumber Company, a Virginia corporation. On the 16th day of July, 1903, two contracts were made.
