Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Scholnick, J.), rendered November 1, 1982, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Judgment affirmed.

The sole issue for review on this appeal is whether certain remarks made by the prosecutor in his summation were prejudicial and deprived defendant of a fair trial.
