I. INTRODUCTION

The present case comes before this Court as a certified question from the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. The primary question presented to this Court for review is whether or not this State's statute of repose contained in Miss. Code Ann. §15-1-41 provides repose protection to a manufacturer of a piece of industrial machinery which becomes incorporated into a factory.
