*284This is an appeal from the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of the State of Montana, in and for the County of Flathead in which the defendant was found guilty of a “Violation of a Lawfully Issued Stop Work Order,” a misdemeanor, as specified in section 5-4.2(d), Kalispell City Code.
