¶ 1. Jonathan Cole appeals from the judgment of the Chancery Court of Laud-erdale County appointing his brother, Larry Cole, temporary conservator of the person of his father, Stoven Cole, and appointing attorney Lester F. Williamson, Jr. conservator of Stoven Cole’s estate.
