On Motion for Rehearing.

We were in error in the opinion on original hearing in saying that the plea of limitation, upon which appellant relied, was-based on article 5684a, Texas Complete Statutes, 1920 or Vernon’s Ann. Oiv. St. Supp. 1922. His plea of limitation, upon which he relied in the trial court, and which is urged in this court, reads as follows:

“And further and specially ^answering herein, this defendant alleges and shows to the court that the defendant, and those under whom he claims title, have had and held the land claimed in the plaintiff’s petition, in peaceable and adverse…
